How do I change my username?+
Go to Dashboard → Settings → General Information. Changing your username also changes your public profile URL (cdras.click/yourname), so update any links you've shared elsewhere.
How do I customize my profile's theme, colors, and effects?+
Dashboard → Customize has every visual option — theme, background (image/video/particles), colors, cursor, username effects, borders, and more. Changes show instantly in the live preview on the right.
Why can't I see some customization options?+
Some effects (particles, certain backgrounds, cursor trails, background music, custom HTML/CSS/JS, and more) are Premium-only. They're shown with a lock icon — upgrading on the Premium page unlocks them immediately.
How do I add links to my profile?+
Dashboard → Links — pick any platform icon and fill in just the info needed (username, URL, etc). There's no limit on how many you can add, and you can reorder them by dragging.
Can I use my own website as a link?+
Yes — pick the "Website" icon in the Links picker. It only accepts HTTPS sites with a valid, trusted certificate, which we check before saving.
How do I link my Discord account, and what does that unlock?+
Dashboard → Settings → Connections → Connect Discord. Once linked you can show your live Discord presence, Discord badges, your server's clan tag, and your Discord avatar on your profile — all toggleable in Customize.
How do donations and Discord roles work?+
Donating at /donate automatically syncs the matching Discord role on our server to your linked Discord account (the highest tier you've crossed in total). Premium and other roles sync the same way.
How do I get the Verified badge?+
Purchase it once from the Badges page, or apply if you're a known content creator — applications are reviewed by our team.
How do I set up two-factor authentication (2FA)?+
Dashboard → Settings → Security. Enabling 2FA (or registering a passkey) also grants a one-time 7-day Premium trial as a thank-you for securing your account.
I forgot my password / lost access to my authenticator — what do I do?+
Use "Forgot password?" on the login page to reset it by email. For 2FA, use one of your saved recovery codes on the verification screen — each code works once.
Can I sign in without a password?+
Yes — on the login page, choose "Sign in with a one-time code instead" and we'll email a 6-digit code to your account's address.
How do I delete my account?+
Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This is permanent and immediately removes your profile, links, uploads, and analytics.
How do I buy an alias (a second URL pointing to my profile)?+
Dashboard → Settings has an Alias section — check availability and purchase for a small one-time fee. Visiting the alias redirects straight to your main profile.
Why isn't my background image or video showing?+
Make sure Background is set to "Image" in Customize and that you've uploaded a file there — supported formats are PNG, JPEG, WEBP, GIF, and MP4.
